The Coffeyville, Kansas refinery is purchased by the Co-operative Refinery Assn.

Albert A. List is elected president.

National sells remaining service stations and bulk plants with the exception of the Cleveland, Ohio bulk plant and Marietta, Ohio bulk plant and service stations and a Decatur, Ill. service station, and is now only operating is 6 states. Is getting out of retail business and will sell only to jobbers and industrial manufacturers.
