1896 Purchased the Peerless Refinery in Findlay, Ohio.

1906 Started operations at refinery in Coffeyville, Kansas

1908 Purchased The Canadian Oil Company and Frank B. Fretter became Vice-President

1945 Sale of the company to Wallace Gilroy and associates
1946 Francis E. Miller is elected president.

1948 Executive offices moved to Chicago.
1949 A reprint of a nice article from the National Petroleum News.
1950 Sale of the company to Ashland Oil and Refining Company.
